Megan and Joey were married on St Patricks Day. In Wisconsin. And it was 75 degrees. SEVENTY FIVE. Who would have ever dreamed that they would have such a warm and lovely day, but they did. And truly, it could have been ten below and the day would have been just as lovely. Megan and Joey were such a lovely couple. They wrote their own vows, and I have to say, I was definitely wiping tears from my own eyes. It was beautiful. They had a small intimate wedding…. and I just have such a soft spot for these types of weddings. They are so personal and wonderful. I would wish them all the luck in the world (pun definitely intended) but I truly do not think they need it 🙂

Megan and Joey were married in the town I live in, Viroqua, WI. I have to give props to all of the amazing vendors. Have you ever thought of being married at the Viroqua Hills Country Club? If you haven’t, you should. It has a small banquet room that is so charming and a blank slate. It looked LOVELY!

Cake: The Cakery and Bake Shop (Seriously some of the best wedding cake I have had. And I am not just saying that because they are in Viroqua either
